Während meiner Tätigkeit für führende Immobilienunternehmen, darunter Bauwens, Morgan Stanley und PGIM, habe ich Immobilientransaktionen im Wert von über 1 Milliarde Euro abgeschlossen. Ich bin spezialisiert auf den Erwerb, die Vermietung, die Neupositionierung und den Verkauf von Immobilien in einer Vielzahl von Sektoren, darunter Büro, Einzelhandel und Wohnen. Ich bin in Köln (Nordrhein-Westfalen) ansässig und habe einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft von der Wirtschaftsakademie Stuttgart und der ebs Immobilienakademie. I am a seasoned property professional with over 20 years' experience in the property industry. During my time working for leading property companies including Bauwens, Morgan Stanley and PGIM, I have completed over €1 billion worth of property transactions. I am specialised in the acquisition, letting, repositioning and sale of properties across a variety of sectors including office, retail and residential. I am based in Cologne (North Rhine-Westphalia) and have a degree in business administration from the Wirtschaftsakademie Stuttgart and the ebs Immobilienakademie. I am also a member of IMMOEBS, a prestigious organisation for real estate professionals.
