Ankauf eines Bürogebäudes mit ca. 12.850 m² Mietfläche im Düsseldorfer Norden in 2018 mit ca. 35% Leerstand

Aufgabe war es, die Vermietungsaktivitäten wieder hochzufahren, die Mietflächen aufzuwerten und das Objekt nach Stabilisierung zu verkaufen. Bereits kurz nach dem Erwerb des Objekts konnte ein Großmieter für 3.200 m² Mietfläche gewonnen werden.

Der Verkauf fand im vierten Quartal 2019 an einen institutionellen Investor statt.

Acquisition of an Office Building with approx. 12,850 m² of Lettable Space in the North of Düsseldorf in 2018 with around 35% Vacancy

The task was to ramp up letting activities again, upgrade the rental space and sell the asset after stabilisation. Shortly after the acquisition of the property, a major tenant was secured for 3,200 m² of rental space.

The sale took place in the fourth quarter of 2019 to an institutional investor.

In the run-up to a portfolio acquisition in 2019, I was approached by a US private equity fund with a request to explain the local real estate market and highlight the advantages of the office market in Cologne's West.

Innovatives innerstädtisches Einkaufszentrum mit 34.000 m²

Während der Finanzkrise galt es, ein Portfolio von gemischt genutzten Immobilien zu verkleinern und das Trophy-Asset in Norddeutschland gewinnbringend zu verkaufen. Dazu musste das Einkaufszentrum stabilisiert und entsprechend vermarktet werden. Ende 2009 wurde das Objekt für rund 164 Millionen Euro an einen institutionellen Investor verkauft.

Innovative inner-city Shopping Center with 34.000 m²

During the financial crisis, the aim was to downsize a portfolio of mixed-use properties and sell the Trophy asset in northern Germany at a profit. To do this, the shopping center had to be stabilised and marketed accordingly. At the end of 2009, the property was sold to an institutional investor for around € 164 million.
